NOEL from Vancouver Island

In September and October 2000, over 200 singers from Central Vancouver Island and Gabriola Island gathered in Parksville, British Columbia, Canada to rehearse and record a special Christmas offering to benefit the region. Singers represented 21 church and community choirs.
