City of Warren | Police + Community Trust Initiative

The Police and Community Trust Initiative (PCTI) was launched by Mayor William D. Franklin and his office in collaboration with community leaders on the PCTI steering committee. Its purpose is to build trust, strengthen transparency, and create stronger relationships between law enforcement and the residents of Warren.

This mini-documentary shares perspectives from Mayor Franklin, the Chief of Police, community leaders, residents, and youth leadership. Together, they reflect on Warren’s past, acknowledge the progress made, and speak honestly about where the city is going.
