KCSC Purposed Speech & intended processing
This “day after” explanatory video is intended to visually and metaphorically explain the intended framework for our Courts to undertake a review, consideration, and adjudgment of yesterday’s filing of an edited and extended petition for judicial review. Shot to be viewed vertically, it initally got processed, when uploaded, in landscape orientation. Subsequently, that got corrected by the Gumlet software. The concept of Purposed Speech, as an implicit category of protected speech, is applicable only to human citizens of the United States. As a concept, Purposed Speech aligns with the core principles enshrined in the founding documents of the United States, inclusive of the Mayflower Compact, the Declaration of Independence, and the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution. Purposed Speech is speech that directly fulfills the purpose of self-governance, individual rights of Constitutional persons, and the democratic system:
- It aligns with founding principles: Purposed Speech is rooted in the principles of self-governance, individual rights, and the consent of the governed as emphasized in the founding documents of the United States.
- It's an inherent right of citizens: This category of speech is an inherent right of human citizens and encompasses activities related to political engagement, policy discussions, expressing political opinions, peaceful protests, and active participation in government decision-making.
- Protects the democratic process: The protection of Purposed Speech is vital for the democratic process by enabling citizens to actively participate in shaping government policies, holding representatives accountable, and express and engage with their views in political matters as a civil body politic (a civic body politic).
- It distinguishes from corporate entities: Purposed Speech differentiates between the speech rights of individual human citizens and those of state-chartered for-profit corporate entities, focusing primarily on the political and civic engagement of human citizens.
In essence, Purposed Speech represents the idea that certain forms of speech are protected because they are integral to the fundamental purpose of a democratic society, allowing Constitutional persons as citizens to actively engage in self-governance and the democratic process. While #PurposedSpeech may not yet be a legally recognized term, it reflects the principles upon which these United States of America was founded.
Some first impressions of what the term Purposed Speech invoked today (10/24/23): not ranting; not talking, listening; speech with an intended purpose, the purpose of speaking …
