Description

We have 2 types of MP4 URLs available

1. One is user-generated via choosing either MP4 output or MP4 access + HLS+DASH. Here is why choose :

1. MP4 Output : Playback URL is needed in mp4 and video security is NOT priority , for backup
2. HLS+DASH with MP4: If we need download option on Gumlet video player , for backup

1. From our end for new videos only : We provide Original video download in MP4. If for whatever reason original video download is not available we cannot help you recover that original video but we can help you turn this functionality on, for future uploads . Documentation here
2. If both the MP4 and the Original URL are unavailable , you will need to download the MP4 from HLS (.m3u8)
